Does our beloved POTUS have VPOTUS at this time ? If so, who is it ? Is a VPOTUS necessary or would s/he be Military ?

It's almost an academic question. I personally don't think he's potus at all, that the term expired and he surrendered the position without a replacement, leaving it to the line of succession until such time as a new and legitimate election can happen. That applies to the corporate, shell USA. (If the 2021 Congress and Senate were illegitimate as we know they were, that would strangely leave Pompeo as acting President of the old shell Corp USA, due to the line of succession to cabinet members.)
Look as hard as you like, but the constitution just doesn't have a "in case of emergency extend the president's term" clause any more than it has a "in case of pandemic, Bill of Rights no longer valid" clause. They're both made up. If Trump is potus, he had to have been confirmed in some legitimate but secret process that hasn't been made public yet. Maybe that happened somehow, but I've heard nothing more than rumors.
But I'm expecting the newly restored Republic when this is all said and done. I'm thinking current ops are being run under the military under Trump as CIC, much like Washington ran the army when fighting the British, under the auspices of the Continental Congress without any president at all. Not sure exactly how the current legit authority is structured ... I believe Trump's calls and meetings with state legislators after the 2020 election established a quorum of states analogous to the Continental Congress during the revolutionary war. I think a few states (post 1871 states, and a few "lost cause state governments" like California) were left out of the quorum entirely.
At any rate, I'm comfy with the ambiguity. And both praying to and trusting in God.

Law of War Manual…this should answer your question.
