What do you mean by”in favor of Trump “? I think that they will rule that for “official duties “ immunity stands but acts that are outside of official duties are not covered. Trump would be protected but others may not. (Biden, Obama, Bush, Clinton)

I may have worded my title inappropriately; Trump is advocating for Presidential immunity, I think they will give Trump the tools he needs.
