The way the white hats operate is strictly by the letter of the law. If Trump has to stoop to shady means by which he might get reasonably prosecuted, then he wouldn't be doing it the white hat way. Trump has nothing to fear from reasonably applied laws and doesn't need immunity to drain the swamp, which is mostly in motion already. In addition, we NEED Trump to lose this one, that enables going after the previous presidents for their treachery.
