I’m pretty sure that protecting citizens against domestic as well as foreign enemies falls within that scope. I believe Trump has all the evidence of the cheat from 2020; he was in a SCIF at the White House most of the evening on election night. Democrats were pissed about him staying at the White House and then they went silent.
Agreed. And now it cannot be undone. It was “by the book” and therefore OFFICIAL.
It actually doesn't matter. What it means is that if you think Trump broke the law while acting in an official capacity, you have to sue "The US Government", and not "Donald J Trump."
