Because it's the only one that the public knows by name, the only one always used in movies and video games.

Correct. It’s a catch all term for SpecOps and SpecForces.

Delta still isn’t confirmed even though they are in a million movies and video games. Only Biden likes to name our special ops to the public.

At this point I’m sure deal team six doesn’t exist. It’s just a container name for any black ops.

The name is known because of Richard Marcinko. He was a pioneer for a lot of elements that went into creating Seal Team 6.

Have teams 1, 2, 3 lets call it 6 to confuse people. (We are 4 and 5?)
Get busted for doing one of the first low opening jumps while in the Navy.
Teams can shoot people in moving cars.
- Tested and found out they could not do that.
- Trained until they could. First special ops team to fire 10,000 rounds per month.
- Set up shooting ranges with moving targets to prefect their shots.
Made HALO jumps a thing.
