This has to be it as far as what was being refrenced? Is the 2024 atlantic hurricane season going to be man made and unprecedented? I think so. Curious what yall think? o7

This is for real. I keep seeing this pop up on ventusky and I'm no expert, but I have no explanation.

My hypothesis... There is a ship in the US military fleet that has HAARP tech on the deck. I wish that I could remember it's name so I could find out where it is. We've understood radar since the late 1930's. This is weird. Oh yea, it pops up in multiple place for whatever that is worth.
