Last Season of Cheers... Frasier bets the bar the bar that he can get Woody elected to city counsel as a joke. He quickly realizes that this is a mistake. Woody is just as dumb as the current candidate. Frasier by this point knows this is a bad idea. The original candidate has a scandal and Woody gets elected. Frasier hangs his head for the defeat of the US political system.
