I am sorry folks, but SCOTUS ruling does NOT give Trump immunity because we forgot one angle ...
🐴 SEMI SHITPOST 💩
Here is the next Novel Legal Theory thats gonna drop from the Dems (and I have to warn you, this one has merit):
Based on the Organic Act of 1871, when DC was created, DC was never part of the US and hence SCOTUS has no jurisdiction whatsoever on the DC courts.
A public reveal of DC as foreign power may be required to rollback Municipal Service Corporation (MSC) overlays on top of sovereign states because MSCs are franchises of US Corp (now dissolved?) based in DC.
Same thing with all STATE BAR CORPs. They are all franchises of AMERICAN BAR CORP based in DC, and they are the specific entities that created both 1. MSCs and 2. Unconstitutional contract delegating sovereignty from Union state to MSC in direct violation of Article IV, Section 4.
By definition, sovereignty cannot be delegated or usurped by ANY entity, even with consent of sovereign entity.
As I figured when I thought of this shitpost and then realised it might not be shitpost, there is a lot of digging to be done here. But this is excellent info Anon.
