You can tell what channels are the best by how badly YouTube goes after them. These people need to be shamed publicly, but there is a point at which things like one guy making them eat a hot pepper in exchange for not calling the cops where it gets a little off track. They need to focus on publicly outing them and pressing charges, without giving the courts any possible excuses not to take their work seriously.
