I’m actually LOVING that leftists are theorizing Biden going and taking out the Supreme Court with seal team 6.

It allows for pointing out to liberals that:

this doesn’t concern me at all
the president has had traditional FULL immunity for 250 years, and not just for official acts, but for ALL actions
it’s not an “official act” because it isn’t enforcing the law
“official acts” are “enforcing laws passed by Congress”
he could still command it to be done
soldiers don’t have to follow unlawful commands
he still wouldn’t have immunity from prosecution for it, because again, it’s not an “official act”

This “immunity” ruling actually seems to OPEN UP the presidency for prosecution, but within a reasonably narrow window
