maybe it's part of the plan? We need these for the ILLEGALS, after their food and phone cards are shut off! They will have to go to detention centers for a meal, and receive their one way ticket to the country of their choice.

It will be massive! Trump has a plan. Better for a place for them to go when the food and phone card is shut off, instead of entering homes.
