Could the filings be real and Flynn is spreading disinformation of his own. Hinting that these filings are unauthorized may minimize the expected unhinged response from the cabal.

Flynn's claim that they are unauthorized seemed slightly vague to me. I would have expected a more detailed explanation for the American people who are drooling in anticipation for Trump's VP pick.
