A couple weeks after HRC was arrested on 9/11/16 she "appeared" at a campaign rally. Unlike here were only two phones can be seen, at hers you could see around 20 phones recording what looked to be a concert.

There was a video about it that I wish I would have saved, because I can no longer find it online.
