LEGO took it a step further in 2023.

But you are right in the fact that the legs look unrealistic. I think the artist had trouble getting a woman to pose for him.

I know right? Women in the middle of labor are sooo cranky and they won’t sit still even for an artist. ;)

The artist didn't even need a woman in labor. But who will sit still and allow themselves to be sculpted or painted while being depicted giving birth.
