But if someone didn't sign their oath statement, they're not really a traitor. (Unfortunately no one seems to care that so many didn't sign their oath statements)
Not the case at all. Just because someone doesn't physically sign “an oath”, doesn't preclude them from the responsibilities of their office, nor does it EXEMPT them from accountability for violating the terms of that office. The minute they perform ANY official act as an officeholder, signed oath or not, they are legally bound to perform all of the fiduciary responsibilities of that office, as well as the ramifications for violating those responsibilities, including illegal acts,
To include treason.
Don't think for one second they can make that bullshit “I didn't sign anything” excuse/argument with any success. No jury/tribunal will give a fuck about the lack of a signature as a get out of jail/gallows free card.
In my book, based on common law, if someone is being paid by citizens to work for them, but instead actively or passively works against them, that is treasonous.
All senior civil servants hiding behind the political “but you voted for it” facade also qualify. All the NGO operatives and board members qualify. MSM spreading propaganda and misinformation qualify. Judges, prosecutors and lawyers supporting or ignoring unlawful acts qualify.

Edit... I was being sarcastic, people.

Fraud vitiates everything.
No, If i commit treason and I'm not an elected official then i can still be tried for treason.
