My question is when do those damn things form? Do they form while the person is still alive and walking around? Is that what's killing them? Or do they form after death? Either way, that shit ain't going into my body!

I'm guessing they form while the person is still alive and the reason why the person dies is because blood is not able to get to where it's supposed to go. What really surprised me is when they said that blood thinners have no effect on the clot material.
