Exactamundo... purposely avoid enforcement of laws already on the books, let it all go to crap like the video I posted up thread shows (absolute PRIME real estate in SF on the water AND Beverly hills...) now abandoned, run down and nothing there for people to go to... and why would they now? All carefully planned by politi-crooks.

Then schmeer a good thick coat of thieving mobs, people crapping in the streets, blue haired outrage and fools calling 911 because the McRib isn't back yet, and you've got the makings of hell...
