I've block-listed hundreds of text messages from the GOP, and I've already donated as much as I can. Is anyone else dealing with this onslaught of 'generic' messaging from the GOP, especially the 'new and improved' RNC?
Any thoughts or recommendations?
Thanks in advance. 🐸👍
Never give money to the RNC or DNC. If you're trying to help Trump, donate directly to his campaign. You don't have to go through the party.
I block them too. Just too much.
They really put effort in the call centers: I got real person calling me addressing me by my name.
I started donating before 2016. But stopped donating to "winred" after the election heist of 2020.
This is becoming an issue. Thanks for the reply!
This is what I did. I swore that I wouldn’t donate another penny until the elections were cleaned up. I get several solicitations from uniquely named sites. Just for fun, I click on it and watch the browser bar. Every time it winds up redirecting to winred.
Same here!
The RNC has new leadership as of a few months ago. The head was replaced with a MAGA patriot, and the #2 is now Laura Trump, DJT's daughter in law. I wouldn't give a penny to the GOP though.
I am getting them too. Non friggin stop. Somehow they got Dads number crossed w mine and he’s getting too. He’s pissed. All started when they had the shakeup at RNC…some folks fired for something or the other. My thoughts, either they were not sending messages the way they should have and now started OR this was a poison pill when the bad staff left to get many to sour on Republican Party. I suspect the latter. Someone needs to get the message to Trump people that so many (borderline threatening) texts is happening and not helping things. My main biz line is basically a spam box.
This is definitely a problem. How can we get the word out? Truth Social? I'm at a loss. Thanks for the reply.
Cmon man . You're donating to the RNC
Downside of donating. I only donate directly to team Trump, but I still get an onslaught of texts and emails from him. Cost of doing business I guess. Blocking the numbers and unsubscribing from the emails is about all we can do.
It’ll stop in November.
Send cash in an unmarked envelope
Fed Election Commission rules only allow up to $50 for anonymous cash contributions. Anything more, they have to use it for non-election related purposes.
But yeah, it’s an option if you don’t mind sending in cash every so often.
I'm against money in politics altogether with the understanding of that's just how it is for now
All of my donation money goes to J6ers instead.
Rona’s (holdover) crew…just say NO!
