It's got nothing to do with going to court, if he brings his Taxes Current, it all turns into a Paper Chase, and he will be Giving Notice to all the Tax collectors that his Lands are no longer Commercial, but have become Private....
There is zero involvement of the courts, none at all....
I know, for a fact, that it will most likely go to court to enforce.
If he doesn't pay his Commercial Property Taxes, of course it goes to Court....
But if he pays, and then Corrects his Lands Status, he can completely get out of those Horrible Land Tax Records, and the State can't do anything about it....
It is the County, not the State, and yes, they will force you to go to court because they will deny your petition, and your filings. There maybe a rare few that get the easy approval, but most end up having to go to court to secure they patents. Harris County, TX was the last time I saw someone filing and ended up having to go to court.
Do you not know the difference between Commerce and Private???
There's a world of Difference between Deeds and Titles in the Commercial Arena, and Land Grants and Land Patents, and if you don't know what the difference is, then you don't know the American Way of Life, and much less about Business and Contracts....
I'll clue you in::: There is NOTHING written anywhere, that says that any of us have to, Compulsively, Pledge or Property to any part of the Govt....
