No country should have a national debt. Every nation should be on a balance budget with no option to borrow and thus no way to spend more than they take in.

Maybe one day when the central bank system is destroyed the world can live that dream.

A good start would be for every nation in the world to tell the central banksters to go pound sand up their asses for the money owed. They have stolen it from the citizens for centuries, and their fake debt should not be repaid.
