I eat non processed food 99% of the time and eat low carb but I love me some fried chicken every once in a while. Luckily we have a local fried chicken chain called Ezell’s here in Washington State.

I don’t keep seed oils on hand and I don’t want to deal with the oil at home. I guess I could try to fry it in beef tallow.
