This dude is a moron! Does he not realize that most of the bags tossed on the streets are due to the large Alley or “trash area” dumpsters are over packed and hardly ever emptied in a timely manner? And because the amount of trash thrown out per number of people vs. the trash pick-up rate and distance to storage/waste facility per full garbage truck?

What are all the people who live in cramped apartments with only a sidewalk between their apt and the street going to do? And where are they going to keep the bins?

NYC has an enormous rat problem (according to local news) and Mayor Adams has been taking steps, including changing trash pickup times, to combat this. Personally, I think there are more pressing matters affecting everyday New Yorkers: Crime and cost of living for example.

A trash bin? This is way better than flying cars!
