Gareth Icke's ex-boyfriend who was given control of the David Icke forum and destroyed it along with David's tv network, The People's Voice. Now TPV is a disinfo/satire site that makes things up that sean thinks will appeal to people at sites like this. "Baxter Dimitry" is one of the more prolific psuedonyms of sean or whoever works with him.
