Currently. Ukrainian casualties are at 2000 a day (killed and wounded) on average - that's according to Russian MoD, so one can double that number (they don't count what they don't see, or collect dog-tags for), and the 2000 can be basically read as KIA.

that's the fastest rate yet.

Not fast enough? It's a battalion a day.
