Welcome to General Chat - GAW Community Area
This General Chat area started off as a place for people to talk about things that are off topic, however it has quickly evolved into a community and has become an integral part of the GAW experience for many of us.
Based on its evolving needs and plenty of user feedback, we are trying to bring some order and institute some rules. Please make sure you read these rules and participate in the spirit of this community.
Rules for General Chat
-
Be respectful to each other. This is of utmost importance, and comments may be removed if deemed not respectful.
-
Avoid long drawn out arguments. This should be a place to relax, not to waste your time needlessly.
-
Personal anecdotes, puzzles, cute pics/clips - everything welcome
-
Please do not spam at the top level. If you have a lot to post each day, try and post them all together in one top level comment
-
Try keep things light. If you are bringing in deep stuff, try not to go overboard.
-
Things that are clearly on-topic for this board should be posted as a separate post and not here (except if you are new and still getting the feel of this place)
-
If you find people violating these rules, deport them rather than start a argument here.
-
Feel free to give feedback as these rules are expected to keep evolving
In short, imagine this thread to be a local community hall where we all gather and chat daily. Please be respectful to others in the same way
So, first a little backstory about both me and this song choice -
I've been listening to this guy since he was part of a duo that was basically "stoner rap" (Infact, I once went to a concert they were the opening for - it was right after they became a group so ....2006? damn. at 35 thats a lifetime ago) and this song came out 2017 ... I cant promise it'll be "your type of song type" (he even uses mild autotune on the chorus, which normally even i hate too lol) but if you look past that, I think all you frens here can appreciate it.
Anyway, its been a pretty damn rough time for me lately. Body mind and spirit have all been a wreck and well - check my comment history and youll get it. but -
this song is called "itll be better tomorrow" and it always was a painkiller for them bad days.
If you're having a bad day, just remember tomorrow is a new one. It's hard to remember in the middle of the rainstorm but the sun always shines.

I hope anyone that decides to give it a listen gets the same warmth i get from it.
keep your heads up and I love TF outta everyone who gave me kind words and support in my low moment recently <3
Very good track, thanks.
When I was going through some tough times, almost 3 decades ago, I used to listen to Alan Parsons Project esp Limelight, Silence and I and Eye in the Sky
It worked really well during that time because I had no idea of the lyrics and symbolism etc. Now when I see, there is a lot of very interesting symbolisms.
