Rochester NY is also a sanctuary city, the map only lists Ithaca

NY also has a yellow box, the key says that is for a sanctuary State, but you click on it and it just lists another town (and it says the policy is set by the sheriff- I thought they were bound by the Constitution.... guess not all of them; pretty sad)
