I don't believe I was following any of this 7 years ago. But I have heard what Q said. Good that he said it...but he is not God. As we used to say in the strategic defense game, "deterrence works...until it doesn't."
That's great, though it is a little like the prophecies of Nostradamus. However, there is no viewing of the future, time travel, or AI prognostication. It is more like anticipating the likely events of an avalanche.
