The implications of this being the "shot" Q spoke of are simply impossible. No, this was not Q's shot heard around the world.
Not sure how you figure.. the world is currently talking about it.
I say it's not "the shot" because of the absolute impossibility of planning it, executing it, and therefore being able to predict it, yet having Trump survive it.
Unless you think the plan was for Trump to actually die, but the sniper failed, it's not "the shot".

As I previously stated, Q is a quantum computer that can see into the future. A trained sniper doesn't miss.
Trump moved his head in a way impossible to plan and execute. Had he not moved it would have been a direct hit. Yes, snipers do miss.
