4" off target with an AR at 150 yards is shooter error. If it's zeroed in correctly and you know how to use it, it's dead accurate at 400+ yards.

Why are people saying the bullet was inches off target. It hit his ear. Even a fourth of an inch would have meant skull instead of ear!
