This is SS 101,SECURE ALL SURROUNDING HIGH ANGELED TO TARGET/POTUS ROOFTOPS,and there was only one that met this standard in close proximity. The question is was it incompetence ,lack of leadership,not enough agents,or intentionally ignored.
