I am very doubtful that Booth had anything to do with Lincoln's assassination.
And believe the government was behind it.
See this: Why Everything You Think You Know About the Lincoln Assassination is Wrong
Ya. I did my own investigation into that event, but I did it from the perspective of Rockefeller, since my investigation focused on him.
As it turns out, everyone involved in the Lincoln "assassination" had direct connections to Rockefeller. John Wilkes Booth for example, in addition to being basically the Tom Cruise of his day, had sold his "failed" oil well business to Rockefeller a few years before for a very healthy sum. Shortly after the assassination, Booth's business partner was sold one the biggest and most important theatre's in Cleveland (Rockefeller's first "owned" city) for a pittance by one of Rockefeller's friends. As for Booth himself, his body was never recovered of course. Robert, Lincoln's son, was not only BFFs with Booth's brother, he also just so happened to be one of Rockefeller's main "Board of Directors" guys, sitting on the Board and/or CEO of several of Rockefeller's most important businesses.
There is more, so much more. I am not even convinced that Lincoln's assassination was real (I'm not convinced that it wasn't, I'm just not sure). What I can say with certainty, is that there is a whole lot more to the story than has made it into any history book.
Thank for that info. Where did you get it so I might go down another rabbit hole.
All of the statements I have made come from my own investigation. Most are from primary sources from the 19th century. I have them in my work, but I am not in front of that computer atm. If you are really interested I will try to remember to get you some references when I get back there.
Thank you I appreciate it and I am sure many others will too.
