@BennieGThompson statement:

“I was made aware of a post made by a staff member and she is no longer in my employment.”

Notice Thompson's statement does not condemn "what" staffer, but indicates that person was fired for saying it out loud.

Kids will sometimes repeat out loud what they heard their parents say in private.
