There were people yelling about the shooter, he might have turned to hear them better and thats when the shooter fired and nicked his ear, then got desperate because he missed. Xim must've known the SS snipers were trained on him already

Yeah that's the theory I am working on. Trump heard something and turned ever so slightly to see better. He is very tuned into the crowd - more than anyone I have seen talk to crowds. Like he will stop what he's saying and help if someone faints, because he is aware of them.

I really think that the head-turn was a mysterious movement - an angel's hand, or perhaps many angels' voices in the crowd - and it will go down in history as such. A miracle.
