He climbed the ladder on the other side of the building where the parking lot goes right up the the building. Probably drove in. Parked vehicle. Waited till no one was looking. Got out with ladder and gun and went into open area between buildings and set up ladder and climbed up on the roof. It would havebeen real easy if no LEO was there when he got out of the car. He could have had an advantageous position in 30 seconds.
Yes, It was wide open for him. My question is, how did he know to go to that exact location with a ladder? He lived 50 miles away. How did he know that building would be open and accessible?
Did they also announce that building would be unprotected? Maybe he looked at potential sites and drove up the day of the event and found one that was unprotected.
Sophisticated for a 20 year old though.
Do you really think a 20 yo that's never been violent before could have planned it so well?
He would have had to know exactly which building didn't have Secret Service on it etc. How would you know that in advance unless he was given the information and then conveniently had his brains blown out. Funny thing is his head looks intact in the photos doing the rounds
The picture of his head is from the angle that the bullet didn't destroy. Behind his right ear was blown out.
No. I think he had help with supplies, planning, and the opportunity to get into position. I think the getting into position was due to intentional neglect to secure access to that position.
It's a commercial building which means it probably has a ladder of fixed to the side of the building already. This is how maintenance workers access the roof

Right. Good question!
Apparently the location of the rally was announced at least 10 days prior to the event, so that would be plenty of time to research the area

A ladder was there for??
