Is he even alive? Q said no, but I suspect there is a chance that was disinformation.

However, Vincent Fusca is not JFK Jr. He is a distraction likely played upon by the whitehats to scare some in the cabal, and possibly even to throw them off the track of the real Jr.

I can't help when Q said we'll be surprised who has been speaking to us he might have been hinting at JFK Jr.
