Facial Wrinkle mapping is a manual technique. You should get two highres images of similar angles, and similar lighting for best data input. you then attempt to match Deep wrinkles, fine lines, blemishes, and Unique features. It also helps to use those points to create a photomorph to really determine how realistic the movements are.
Plastic surgery for minor changes do alter that wrinkle mapping in terms of location, things can stretch and move around especially with different expressions. But the "constellation" is still there.
