Doesn't explain why they ignored multiple reports of the shooter climbing the roof and aiming his rifle at the President

If, for whatever reason, the sniper wasn't allowed to take the shot. They should have at least pulled President Trump off the stage immediately. This was 100% a setup and heads need to roll all the way to the top.
