So what I am gathering is that there was a second unnamed assassin in the area that took the real shot, and the Thomas Matthew kid was a patsy to pin it all on like Lee Harvey Oswald. Don't these CIA spooks have any other playbook?

There are some compelling arguments for each, but to me it looks like Yearick.

Yearick is 37 years old. The comparison photo they are using is 7 years old.
