Bruh, if you don't trust Trump to make such an important decision, then why are you supporting him? I'm not saying to trust him blindly. But this pick isn't outrageous. He has had his reasons for picking Pence, and he has his reason for picking Vance. I trust him. If you don't, that's on you.
Because that’s what he did with pence? Nobody said I don’t trust him. I said I’m disappointed.
From what I heard, he was forced into that - or face a contested convention. That's also how he got Reince. He was a new politician.
I don't believe for a second anyone could force a pick from him now.
It's my understanding that he didn't pick Pence, or he picked him from a pre-selected pool of RNC-approved options. He was saddlebagged with Pence, as a condition of the RNC allowing him to be the nominee. If he didn't go along with them on the VP, they would have pulled some hokey bullshit, and made someone else the nominee that year.
