Kimberly Cheatle makes a good point.

OSHA 3755 requires anyone on that roof to be tied-off for fall prevention. The ass-ass-in violated OSHA policies by not having a fall prevention harness and tie-off anchor.

He should be arrested and fined for that. :>(
