Combine all that with the fact that every major network was airing the rally when they have purposely ignored airing Trump's rallies in the past.

They were told to get it all on film.

Exactly. Notice the extraordinary number of photographers that were in front expectantly awaiting to capture an historic photo? They reacted quicker than the Secret Service. Too many oddities to be mere coincidence's.
