I'm starting to put something together here;

If Trump perceived he would be stripped of his SS detail, he still gets the benefit of the US Marshals because it being the police arm of the Judiciary system (think all the trials he's been through), they have an obligation to protect him. So lawfare benefits him in a way I haven't thought of yet. If I'm correct.
