I know there are blueanon lurkers here, as well as some anti-Trumpers on the right who believe the assassination attempt was staged (fake).
So for those mentioned, I would very much like to know how you explain some of the following inconsistencies to justify your position:
- Why would Biden's SS work with Trump to make him look good?
- Why did Trump react exactly as someone who WASN'T expecting the shot would react? (Someone expecting it would have immediately reacted to the shooting, not check his ear and take a couple beats before realizing what had just happened. So was he just pretending to be an awful actor when appearing on Fresh Prince, but all this time was actually the greatest actor to ever live?)
- Why would he use/frame a registered Republican?
- Why on earth would Trump agree to let a shooter, whether a 20 year old Fudd or a trained sniper, shoot at his ear from over 100 yards?
- If Trump wasn't shot, why would he allow any shooter to fire in his direction into the crowd from over 100 yards?
- If there was no shooter, how do you explain the family of the "crisis actor" stating that Biden tried to call, but Trump had not made contact with them yet, potentially making Trump look bad?
- If this was all so masterfully staged, why wouldn't every shooting be just as staged?
The mods here sometimes don't take kindly to "outsiders" posting here, but I think this is an important discussion to have, and it certainly can't be had on most other platforms. If you're worried about a ban, feel free to message your response directly.
For the rest, please add any other obvious points I've missed that contradict the "staged" theory.
Does anybody confidently think that, or are they just open to it, like they should be?
Sadly, there are a significant amount of people (always anti-Trump from what I've seen) who, against all logic, are convinced that it was all staged by Trump to help him in the polls.
There are people in GAW, as pro-Trump as can be, who believe it was staged. Reason: they're totally jaded from Sandy Hook, Parkland, Uvalde, Challenger crew being alive, etc. They (mostly) don't condemn WH for this; it's more a recognition of "fight fire with fire" necessity combined with a motivation to find the truth.
And it's not merely about helping him in the polls, more like using every available tool to turn a stampeding herd headed for the cliff. The most brainwashed and crazy are those who have been abused the most; it's best if you can save them all, and you would feel bad for not trying. Also the military has a sworn duty to protect all US citizens, which includes the most stupid of the brainwashed masses.
It's an extension of the same logic that justifies stepping away from the 2020 stolen election instead of fighting it out right then and there, likely provoking a civil war and much death.
Yes there are. See my other comment in this thread.
