Which moron would tweet just 2 words "I'm sick" only to realize after 2 mins they needed a twist and come up with clever campaign slogan? Not practical and is contradicting behavior. If he was really expressing sickness he would tweet something standard like "I got covid, but I am vaxxed, so it should be okay" (as an assurance to his followers that he would be back) or even in the following tweet. Now other likely scenario is they both are different people. I hear there is a team that handles his posts.
