Hopefully they'll do what I thought they should for quite a while: go into the cartel towns and kill every male over the age of 16. Sure, there will be some "innocent" people killed, but when that is weighed against how many people are killed directly or indirectly by the cartels every year, it's a pretty good tradeoff!
