OK so if they used these sorts of bullets, then why didn't it follow when trump quickly moved his head like that? Was it already too close to make that sort of change of direction???

Good question, I don't know the answer to either but God does! Divine intervention is my vote.
Even a supercomputer could not predict that....so that theory is out. Time travel, eh...again has to be divine intervention!
