Correct. Elon then replied to this with a meme saying that it's Joe's own people who will betray him. That meme is here: https://x.com/elonmusk/status/1813991520686526659

Also, this fishing boat post is showing PST by whoever took the screenshot. As we know, all timestamps should go off EST, which is 1:19 and Q drop 119 references the Godfather movie, and this fishing boat pic is from a Godfather movie.

All of this was discussed on here yesterday.
