Zipline? Tied off to what? Rope? Cable? (Wicked heavy), What's the angle??? Dude would be doing like 100mph terminal velocity - just imagine the angle from WAY the F up there to the ground...
Cell phone tracking? GTFOOH... even "stupid good ole boys" like us know you leave that bs behind. Operatives either have a device outside of the goy networks (that's what the other "unlisted" antennas on a tower are BTW) or no device.
