No idea but I do know that in my 60 years I have NEVER seen a fibbie agent hosing down a crime scene….the smell of fish gets stronger and stronger each day.

Yes! I grew up around US Marshalls, FBI, ATF, FCC and a Federal Judge for the Eastern District of Texas and this is JFK all over again.

Hosing down a crime scene, no DNA, brass etc...they think we are stupid.
