Now's the time, frens - Harris is ineligible to run for President because her parents were not US citizens at the time of her birth. Spread it far and wide!

Unless current law is changed, she is a natural born citizen.
natural born citizen A natural born citizen refers to someone who was a U.S. citizen at birth, and did not need to go through a naturalization proceeding later in life. Under the 14th Amendment's Naturalization Clause and the Supreme Court case of United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 US. 649, anyone born on U.S. soil and subject to its jurisdiction is a natural born citizen, regardless of parental citizenship. This type of citizenship is referred to as birthright citizenship.

Just because someone is born on American soil, does not mean they are subject to the jurisdiction thereof. Anchor babies are not a real Constitutional thing.
If her parents were foreign citizens, then they are/were subject to the jurisdiction of their home country, and merely visiting here.
There is a difference between jurisdiction over citizens and jurisdiction over foreigners/visitors.
She should be ruled ineligible.
Edit - of course, we are talking about the US Corporation here...
Not if they entered the country legally, having any type of visa means you’re subject to the jurisdiction of that country while you are visiting.
While I agree with you on what it should be, unfortunately our current laws do give those born on American soil immediate citizenship regardless of the parents citizenship.
Wrong case; try Minor vs Happersett (1875). KH is a citizen but not a “natural born citizen”. The case above defines NBC; born of two (plural) US citizens. Neither Harris or Obama can be NBC. Don’t expect the Commies to bring this up!
